Pay is well below industry standard. Most employees find out they can make much more elsewhere, so they’re gone within their first year. If you do stick around, you’ll constantly find yourself training new employees, which means you’re always going to be doing all the work. If you get injured at work you’ll have to sit on a conference call for hours with a person who isn’t a doctor, so the company can try and weasel out of paying you. This creates a culture of workers that work through injuries because reporting it is a colossal headache. They claim to be all about this “safety culture” but really that consists of slideshows and e-learning. If you point out safety concerns they are ignored.
