Good pay, opportunities to grow and relocate within company although pay is usually lower when relocating. Good sick time, 20 days for exempt employees that is something not heard of
Cons
Average medical and 401k benefits. Vacation is only 2 weeks to start and not negotiable. Lot of racism going on at lower level employees
