A lot of changes in personal

I've worked for this company for well over 20 years and have started in sales and now as a director and take offense to the latest review and felt the need to get the record straight. If this company was soooo bad, there would have been no way for me to have worked here for this long. There is no company that is perfect nor any company who has had its share of issues BUT I take pride in the company and its founders in working through these issues no matter what. I take pride in working here and have worked with some of the best people. This company provides benefits/yearly bonuses and tries to ensure we have a positive environment.

In comparison to other companies I've worked it there are no cons in my book.
