      The job gives massive independence, and you become very invested in your work, the rewards are brilliant as well.

      Cons

      It's a very demanding job, which is great in many ways but if you aren't willing to work hard this is the the job for you.

      Boss is 5 hours away. Some schedule flexibility.

      Cons

      They own you. You are on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week. No holidays. No vacations. No kids’ birthday parties.
