Cons
Price increases every couple of months made the last couple of years very challenging. The folks overseas try but just don't get the training we did here and the chats are very inept so by the time customers finally got to me they were justifiably angry. Delivery of new devices through our partners and our stores trying to cancel orders and reprocess them extremely frustrating. EVERYONE is selling first when in reality someone needs to be fixing the issues the customers are needing addressed.
