Pros
Benefits like tuition and book reimbursement are a big bonus. 8 grand a year for full-time employees. Plus they'll train you well.
Cons
Not much growth within the industry. You'll take a pay cut if you move up the ladder from sales to assistant store manager. Company has been letting the reps go year after year because there's not any place for them to be promoted too. District managers and above have been out of stores for very long and our out of touch with the flow of things. If you're comfortable grinding it out for 50 grand a year its an okay job. They change sales compensation pretty often, only making it harder and harder to make more money.
