Pros
Good pay & good benefits. They supply the uniforms & have them washed for you. They pay for your safety shoes & safety glasses.
Cons
Very irregular working hours, can't have a stable life outside of the job. They expect you to keep switching from days to nights every week, and rotate what days & nights you work every week! Not a reliable schedule system if you have a family or anything else going on outside of work. Forget about trying to transfer to another department unless you are good friends with the dept lead you want to get into. You're pretty much forced to watch & listen to ONLY the sports channel if you want to eat or take a break in the lunch room, gets pretty old after a while. The training system is a joke, shortly after your hired & learned a few things, you then have to start training the new hires.
