The company has a very clear vision of where it wants to go and continues to share this with employees to create a common goal. The leadership, while demanding, is inspiring, passionate and transparent, the qualities I look for finding a company with a huge success potential. What I like most about the company is it doesn't compromise on quality, which is evidenced by its "beautiful" products. It demands high performance from people (often misunderstood as "long working hours" and "favoritism"). It is a great company for people who like to push for excellence and to learn a lot while doing that. First few months in the company can be challenging - there are a lot of smart people, you don't stand out much, and seems hard to prove yourself. But, once you prove yourself that you care and are committed, the company rewards you, cares about you, respects you and appreciates you. If you are looking for a company that guarantees work/life balance and you are comfortable with mediocre results, Visier is not the right company for you.
