Pros

The only pro is Unlimited PTO

Cons

I recommend steering clear of this workplace due to their unrealistic expectations and demanding nature. Despite having over 6 years of healthcare experience, I was let go after just a month. They require you to learn your role quickly without giving adequate notice that perfection is expected from the start. I expressed my concerns about the tedious tasks assigned to me and requested more time and training to fully understand my responsibilities. However, I was not even in my position for two weeks before they expected me to manage daily tasks flawlessly. The lack of sufficient training time is unprofessional, particularly in the healthcare industry, where the primary focus should be on helping others. I was informed that I had a two-week deadline to completely learn my role without any issues. However, despite this timeline, I was not provided the full two weeks to effectively master my responsibilities before my contract was terminated.
