      One of the best things about Vitable is you can see the mission show up every single day - in the employees, the caregivers, and the work we all put behind to make health benefits more affordable. Working for such a mission driven company gets me excited and inspired about my role.

      The perks I think but not until you get hired.

      While I understand the fast-paced nature of a startup environment, the communication following multiple rounds of interviews was lacking. Providing candidates with a simple status update—even an automated one—would go a long way in maintaining professional standards and a positive employer brand.
