Pros

Some colleagues are highly skilled and supportive, which helps create small pockets of collaboration despite the broader organizational issues.

Cons

Management especially the HR department shows very little concern for creating a healthy and supportive work environment. There is a noticeable lack of structure, empathy, and leadership. Most issues are left unresolved or pushed onto employees, who are expected to “figure things out” on their own. Workload is excessive and often unrealistic, as teams are understaffed and employees end up covering multiple roles without recognition or support. Burnout is common, and leadership takes no meaningful action to address it. Career growth opportunities are extremely limited. Promotions, development programs, and clear career paths simply do not exist in practice. Anyone with ambition will quickly feel stuck. The company has experienced multiple layoffs, creating continuous instability and anxiety. Communication around restructuring is vague and does not provide any sense of direction or security. Overall, I would not recommend working for this company in any capacity. If you're considering joining, think twice you’re better off staying where you are.

Pros

Really inclusive environment and most of campus is already with ABW - activity based workplace (flexible seating).

Cons

Sometimes due to the very inclusive environment, decisions can take a little longer.

Pros

Great team of colleagues. Employee who are focused on ensuring their best. Excellent collaboration between teams. Colleagues who will look past the negative culture and continue to do their best for the company.

Cons

Culture & HR team who are clueless about global teams and work strategies. Focus on how many days and hours are spent in the office, rather than quality of work delivered. "You are being tracked by HR" has become the new way of life with the new culture. Total lack of communication after announcing job cuts are coming, due to awful truck sales and loss of market share in USA. Heavily bloated VP structure.
