Pros

Good exposure for freshers and 2-3 years experienced candidates. Salaries have been revised for freshers. Not much of work pressure, Hence termed as "Work Life Balance"

Cons

Hell lot of politics especially in some Teams such as Unix & SAP No Equality and Fairness to employees Growth Severely Depends on the amount of Showoff that is done for a small job and not for the real job. Salaries for the experienced people are terribly low compared to consultants. New technologies are adapted very late. and only managers pets get to work on latest tech and trainings. expect you to stay for 1 year after a KT or give 4 months notice period after a onsite travel for 2-3 weeks.

Pros

Really inclusive environment and most of campus is already with ABW - activity based workplace (flexible seating).

Cons

Sometimes due to the very inclusive environment, decisions can take a little longer.

Pros

Great team of colleagues. Employee who are focused on ensuring their best. Excellent collaboration between teams. Colleagues who will look past the negative culture and continue to do their best for the company.

Cons

Culture & HR team who are clueless about global teams and work strategies. Focus on how many days and hours are spent in the office, rather than quality of work delivered. "You are being tracked by HR" has become the new way of life with the new culture. Total lack of communication after announcing job cuts are coming, due to awful truck sales and loss of market share in USA. Heavily bloated VP structure.
