where should I start.....the new CEO cares about cutting costs and revenue, not about employees. There is no loyalty, employees are not valued, and are expected to wear many hats to do the work of several, since there are so many layoffs. If you are not a "favorite", it does not matter how hard you work or if you perform well, this goes for almost every department. There is no growth opportunities, and benefits have been slowly taken away, such as 401K match being changed to match at the end of the year, which you may not survive that long. Upper management and C level are not transparent, and there is a ton of turnover at that level too. Not a destination place to work, as it promises....
