This is such a huge conglomerate, and it's easy to hop from one agency to another if you're looking for growth. Additionally, it is well recognized in the media field, so looks good on a resume.
Cons
There have been lots of layoffs recently, and the pay isn't very competitive. It seems like they are willing to let go of long-time employees rather than giving them a deserving raise.
