Some of senior management seems to be a bit tone deaf...morale at the company has been in the gutter for some time but some senior managers are choosing to ignore this reality...instead of supporting employees who are under a lot of stress and strain, let's build a cricket field and paint in some reserved parking sports near the front entrance for the executve committee...?
Other senior managers have a complete lack of humility, not supporting the subject matter experts in large meetings to make decisions overrulling those SMEs...this also in contradiction of evidence provided by those SMEs. Admitting that you don't know everything is not a bad thing, it just shows that you are open to continuously growing and learning.
Pay is OK but is typically pays less than other Life Sciences companies in the area.
Quite a few managers here who like to micromanage...they are more worried about how long you are working at your desk than the work you are actually getting done, and they don't trust you to get any of your work done from home.
