At the time of this review, I counted no less than 30 fake reviews for Waters on Glassdoor since June 2024. Most of them rated this company 5/5 stars, with a few 4/5s. You can tell they are fake because they have a generic title ("Great Company") and usually one pro and one con. The con, is almost never actually a con.
I would bet a year's salary that the Waters "GCC" or "Global Capability Center", is churning out these reviews weekly to water down the real reviews that are critical to Waters and it's management. These fraudulent puff pieces on their own should be taken seriously, as Waters would rather create a façade of being a great company, instead of changing their culture to create a real 5 star employee experience. It is worth mentioning that GCC contractors don't even actually work for Waters so those reviews shouldn't even be here to begin with.
If you are thinking about working here, don't. The wages are stagnant and you won't get promoted unless you're friends with the C suite or do the job of 10 people to stand out amongst the many people who do the jobs of three to five people. Even if you do get hired, your job will likely be outsourced to GCC once they train someone to do it (typically just the bare minimum needed to fire their American counterpart).
