- Technology was not keeping up with client growth, which led to unhappy clients when we got to the testing phase - Compensation was low despite being asked to take on more responsibilities apart from my main role in Waystar. - Little constructive feedback provided on how I could improve in my role - Little basic product training which led to some people implementing products that they weren't familiar with. - The product team is not transparent about their product roadmap and any product enhancements opened are usually ignored unless you bring enough visibility to it (likely by looping in your team's management).
