Pros
- I was there for 6 years and the culture was progressive and relaxed until two new board members joined in 2022 and a lot of our processes and direction changed. Not for the better in my view.
- Lynn Smith, the Chief Operating and Officer, is a very good people person.
Cons
- It was a great company to work for until the company decided to hire two new board directors from the corporate world in 2022.
- One of the new directors, responsible for sales and marketing, seemed to alienate most of his team within 12 months. Several people either left or were fired within 12 months of him being there. I think he's also been made redundant now, possibly due to the fact our products weren't selling very well.
