8yThank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us; however, we respectfully disagree with your feedback on how we treat our customers. It's disappointing to hear that you haven’t seen the value behind our product that has successfully helped hundreds of thousands of businesses grow. Our core value of Delighting Customers and Code of Conduct that we strictly enforce directly conflicts with some of the feedback you have shared. It sounds like you had a number of frustrations and that your expectations did not align with ours. We sincerely regret to hear this is your perception of working for WeddingWire. We have multiple channels to share your feedback internally and strongly encourage you to raise your concerns with any member of management up to the CEO.
