Pros

It looks good on your resume and you can learn a lot from working there. Occasionally you will have a good manager who will support your growth in the company. If you are really good in sales then they will love you to death. If you meet goals then you get to go on trips and through out the quarter there are several different prizes you can win. The benefits are good and you can make a lot of connections. They offer to pay for your school. Your coworkers become you family.

Cons

Managers nag a lot. They will bring down your morale if you aren't up to their expectations. The pressure is incredibly high. Managers have a habit of breathing down your neck and making you feel really low. There is little support from most of them because they are never there to assist you when you need it or they micro manage you to the point that it becomes counter productive. Wells Fargo creates a very greedy enviornment and personality. If you mess up don't expect the company to help you, you are at their disposal like a drop of a pin. There is little stability in the job. It is almost like they are ready to get rid of you with the littlest mistake.

Pros

Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

Cons

Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
