-Bad insurance that does not cover hardly anything -You are just a number, according to management -No work/life balance -The pay is not enough for the amount of responsibility I had around my branch. -Upper management never visits but expects way too much. -The rating system they use; sets you up for failure (it literally shows who the customer interacted with. So if they score you low, management comes after you) -Banker introductions. -Branches are dirty and in desperate need of upgrades. Equipment constantly breaking -Management definitely has their favorites -So understaffed.
