Originally, the part I liked best about working there was the freedom, but then new management came in completely changed the atmosphere.
Cons
My immediate manager was great as well as most the people I worked with, the next levels of management were incompetent. You were paid on a draw so when there was a bad month it immediately put you in the hole for the next month. There was very little support for gaining new business. You were responsible for coming up with your own leads.
