Pros
The company provides good benefits with a high company paid percentage, the PTO policy is sufficient and good for management level and the company does seem to put some effort and care behind managing employees mental health with additional time off and opportunities for self care with a good home/ work life balance.
Cons
Unfortunately the pay is low, raises are insignificant and not on trend with the industry standards or performance. They also tell you that you'll get a bonus rate each year, but when it comes down to it after all their "multipliers" you only get a small percentage of what the bonus structure actually is. This is even when you are determined to have achieved all your goals for the year. Additionally they say there is room for advancement and that managers are there to help you with your career path but it's all just talk. There is no effort or action behind this so you'll either stay stuck in the same job for years or you'll be moved around through no fault of your own but only with company restructuring needs, despite how it may affect you directly.
