Pros
Flexible working (if your manager approves it), pension is good. Bonus is ok. Good office locations. Nice colleagues. Can travel abroad.
Cons
US leaders ignore UK HR laws, micromanagement, total lack of direction, poor project management of IT projects, poor communication (too many words but no clear message), poor market salaries, no clear routes for progression, terrible staff morale, flexible working is applied inconsistently (and frowned upon if you're in the UK and managed by the US), too many cooks spoiling the broth, poor technology and more! Many staff do the work of more than 1 person for no extra money or thanks!
