8yWe are truly disappointed to read these comments. We have always placed a great deal of pride in our commitment to a workplace of fairness, equity and opportunity. While we certainly appreciate your viewpoint and welcome all feedback, we’d encourage you to consider a few points about our office and culture. We do not claim to be perfect and to that end it’s very likely there’s more we could do to share these statistics internally as well:
Our Dublin office is home to employees from 22 nations, speaking 19 languages, and offers a culture rich with diversity – of humans, as well as thought.
This past year, we launched our new “Respect for All,” giving all employees a way to recognize the rich diversity of backgrounds, experiences, viewpoints, and ideas that we collectively bring to the company every day.
This past year we received a record-setting number of ideas from employees as part of the GloboInnovation, our internal innovation program open to all.
In the past year, 17% of our employees have been promoted or transferred internally to new, challenging roles, across a variety of levels and departments.
When combined with similar changes in a 24 month period, more than 30% of our employees have progressed in their career!
We encourage any employee who has concerns to speak with any member of the HR team or their manager. We are dedicated to doing great things together as a company and welcome continuing the conversation to ensure that all employees feel respected and valued.
