3yIt’s disappointing to read your comments about how you view your experience here. As you have been with the team for a long time you will most likely be aware that we have recently, like most other businesses, moved forward with our ways of working policy. If your department or role (and your established contracted working arrangement) has a mandate for a particular way of working (fulltime, hybrid, remote) then we appreciate this will be a change in how you have experienced work over the last few years, while the offices were closed. Many of our employees are parents, others have commitments in their personal lives and as a business we support flexibility to ensure work/life balances are maintained. This is reflected in our recognition as a great place to work for women and our active Parents @ Workhuman ERG.
