Business outlook

Pros

-The Benefits are second to none! -Ability to move around to different organizations within the company. -People are awesome and always willing to assist.

Cons

-Abundance of middle management ((3 managers per team)manager, team lead, product owner)... Very micromanaged! -IT Operations continues to bleed top talent and those that haven't left are miserable and looking. -EVERYTHING is based on metrics and you are measured by ticket quantity not quality of work and value/ideas you bring to the table or money saved. -IT Operations has become a mediocracy. It makes Office Space look like a dream place to work! -Only 1 work from home day while a majority of the rest of the company enjoy much greater flexibility and benefits.
