      Great benefits and PTO package

      Cons

      Nepotism runs rampant and only family members or the favorites get decent raises in sales operations team. Talk about working with HR to benchmark salaries and create pay bands but it's not shared so you don't know where you are.

      Loved the paid holiday , they also work with you if have alot going on outside of work like counseling , paid days off , understanding , overtime if you need it , dinners

      Cons

      only get paid $16.50 even though we are work so hard.
