Wowcher is a great, energetic office to work in filled with people that make your day, every day. I lucked out and have an incredible manager and team too, though some other areas of the business aren't so lucky! The other perks such as drinks, events, annual parties, and more, are also really good fun, and can make up - for the most part, and only if you can afford to be paid in 'perks' - for the biggest failure of Wowcher, which is...
Cons
The less than acceptable pay, nearly non-existent bonuses and almost no recognition (if you're not in sales, that is) drags the whole experience at Wowcher down. If this wasn't the case, and if good people weren't forced out by pay and bad management, it would be a perfect five stars from me and undoubtedly everyone across the content and creative board.
