      Pros

      Xerox has good products and if you push hard, there is enough depth to the business to produce variety to your role.

      Cons

      Management are slow to foster change and there is a heavy culture of making-do. It's not dynamic and it so could be.

      Big company with solid benefits

      Cons

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
