      Great people Good technology ACS services is a good add to the portfolio

      Cons

      Compensation has much to be desired, Benefits are ok. Work/Life balance is non-existent Xerox only cares about numbers - people and process come second. Raises / bonuses far and few between

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
