      Politics, people promoted as friends and not skills, lack of company vision and direction. No unity an communication on projects. 5 departments all building their own tools... and the tools goals are the same.

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
