      Fantastic people, good processes, high energy

      Cons

      Upper management does not walk the talk. It's evident they're preparing the company for takeover yet continue to spend money foolishly on an overload of senior executives who are insulated, isolated and sadly incompetent.

      Big company with solid benefits

      Cons

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
