      Pros

      Love the people I work with every day. Great support from local management.

      Cons

      Corporate structure takes control of departments out of the account and into a larger pool of employees. They're policies, practices, procedures, and ideas of how to manage our account don't match. And in some cases are in conflict with our local policies

      Big company with solid benefits

      Cons

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
