      Flexible hours. Decent pay. Commission structure is transparent. Great introduction to competent selling. Opportunity is enormous if you have ambition.

      Cons

      Managers can micromanage sometimes. They place a little too much work on sales people and not enough on internal salaried employees.

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
