      Pros

      Flexible hours, allow tele-commuting as needed, nice location, diversity, competitive salary and many nice people.

      Cons

      Company cutting down benefits. No more local HR person to talk to. Hardly any formal training, mostly learn on your own.

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
