Pros
Really enjoyed the people that I worked with and had a lot of opportunities to get involved with different projects and initiatives.
Cons
The amount of hurdles and issues related to legacy processes and bureacracy made it difficult to make any meaningful changes to processes and procedures. Management also varied greatly, either being great or quite bad.
