      Pros

      I worked at PARC, Fantastic experience, so many brilliant people and amazing, cutting edge technology. No one in the WORLD was doing what we were doing, and the product actually WORKED! Great flexability, and cool culture in palo alto.

      Cons

      Little job security. Xerox didn't know how to bring cutting edge tech to market back when Steve Jobs used their tech to create Apple and they STILL don't know how to do it today.

      Big company with solid benefits

      Cons

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
