      Pros

      Trying to gain back market share of office and production printers. Trying to evolve to an IT Services provider. Current leadership team shows much more respect for employees.

      Cons

      Very competitive/touch industry. Growth continues to be very challenging. Not as much money as days gone by, fewer people doing 3x the work.
