Pros
great local management and the local Virginia based team was great but everything at a corporate level was a disaster HCL is the worst company to work with in customer service
Cons
HCL the downfall of the company I had cases of 18 emails to get customer complaints resolved it is hard to get a person to understand the issue when their englis and US Dollar understanding is so poor
