ZF Group Response
1wThank you for sharing your experience and for your time at ZF. We’re glad to hear your positive comments about benefits, pay, organizational support, and the backing you received from your leaders.
We’re sorry to hear about your concerns regarding internal promotion, career paths, and the rigidity of some HR standards. Career development is important, and we understand how challenging it can be when growth opportunities or local flexibility feel limited. ZF continues to invest in coaching and mentoring programs, as well as a broad range of internal learning opportunities that employees can explore via our internal Zoom page. We also encourage ongoing conversations with managers and local HR about lateral moves and longer-term career options.
Regarding decision-making and autonomy, in a company of our scale and complexity, we know agility matters - and we’re committed to removing barriers that slow our teams down while balancing global alignment with local needs.
Thank you again for your honest and balanced feedback. As a former colleague, we wish you continued success and fulfillment in your career beyond ZF.
Kind regards,
ZF Team
