Pros
The topics are interesting and the colleagues are nice and helpful. The salary is also rather good.
Cons
The objectives of management in regards of processes are sometimes not clear. There are constant changes and overheads thereafter - although it is clear for everyone and they are open to discussions, this feels disruptive. The POs make decisions that seem to be very "release oriented" but are definitely not clever and increase the technical debt constantly.
