Pros
Good people to work with. Good upward movement as there are a lot of areas for improvement. Financially savvy company but to the point of it being a fault.
Cons
No R&D to speak of and therefore behind technically. Matrix and silo organization makes cross-functional teams very large with little pieces of responsibility being had by everyone. This creates confusion and allows people to do virtually nothing and then people just turn to the "doers" to get actions completed.
