One of the best firms to work for - if you want a fast-paced learning curve, supporting seniors, dynamic work environment full of challenges. Sure, ZS struggles with work life balance, but like all the other consulting firms, I find this to be highly natural and obvious. People are always eager to support and guide given you know how to ask and not hesitate in reaching out. We are fairly compensated for all the hard-work we do here. Lastly, ZS is one of those rare consulting firms which provides the opportunity to directly engage and work with very senior stakeholders and clients. I believe, taken in the right spirit, all of this can contribute to a successful career trajectory and accelerated growth.
