1. Good salary to MBA Grads 2. Good Office
Cons
1. Limited work scope and no consulting work. Create decks without any actionable items and insights 2. Senior managers expects that associate should finish 15 hours work in 8 hours and are inconsiderate about that. That don't works and thus we and juniors end up working more 3. Team in USA enjoys all the rights and backend work is done in India. One can say that India office is becoming IT office 4. Even in parties where people enjoys, we do get a loads of work suddenly, this made certain people work from party (WOP), which was a new experience for me
