- culture of extroversion: if you speak all the time, without necessarily substance, you will get promoted more easily - leadership is all white Germans, so if you are an international talent just forget the same growth and salary - high turn around in product design and the competitiveness on promotion cases is high - tolerance over sexism and racism coming from design leadership - poor support from your manager (my experience) - gaslighting, they make you question you own judgement when you are slightly critical against the company’s processes - they desperately wanna be Amazon - lack of product vision and strategy is - low salaries - Higher design leadership has only eyes for the Studio and nobody else (that’s why only their people get promoted faster). If she doesn’t like you for a reason or another, forget to get promoted
