- feedback culture - development opportunities - opportunity to transition to other teams - get promoted regularly without any rules, depending on your results (after two years etc) - various benefits, events, activities - in general it gives a great overview of various position in e-commerce
Cons
- salary - bonus - transitioning to another department is difficult, although its promoted differently - nearly impossible to skip the hierarchy levels, although you would have the skills - better communication within the teams about future plan and structure of the team to avoid misunderstandings and negative emotions
