Hi, thanks for the feedback. Great to hear you like the teams, people, and shifts. I'm sorry you feel tied to your desk. Our department provides an amazing service to thousands of consumers and real estate pro's every day, which means being readily available. We're very clear in recruiting that some shifts are 4 days a week, 10 hours a day (with an hour lunch and breaks of course) and the position involves doing many similar tasks per day. Regarding overtime, we offer that from time to time on a purely voluntary basis, and many of the teammates comment they like to opportunity to add to their paycheck.
