I'm glad the experience has been positive and I wanted to address your concerns.
While it is competitive to earn promotions, there are literally 100 + people who've driven great results in Inside sales and we're promoted to either sales management, in-market sales, field sales and account management leadership. We always look to promote from within; all of the 22 sales managers on our team excelled as front line sales people, earning the opportunity to lead a team.
We do look closely at sales activity to help our people achieve to their potential. Recently, we allowed veterans beyond the 6-month mark autonomy as it relates to call time requirements and I think if you asked most people on our team, they would tell you that they feel empowered to manage their day. We believe that people autonomy but we always are striving to improve the customer experience and that does entail the review of customer feedback and helping our people improve accordingly.
