Pros

High-growth environment with real scale: Started as a scrappy startup and evolved through acquisitions, a successful IPO, and major company milestones. You get firsthand exposure to how companies actually grow, change, and mature. Career acceleration with internal mobility: If you’re willing to bet on yourself, opportunities come quickly. There are real paths to take on responsibility early, move internally, and build a career beyond a single role. Leadership that pushes development: Strong leaders who care deeply about performance, conviction, and growth. Coaching is direct, expectations are clear, and development is taken seriously. Calls are recorded for quality and coaching purposes, which makes feedback far more effective. Ownership-driven culture: People who show up, work hard, and “play until the whistle blows” are noticed and rewarded. Accountability is real, not performative. The CEO is level-headed but intense, has been here from the beginning, and remains very hands-on, which sets the tone throughout the organization. Winning is recognized and expanded: President’s Club and Achiever’s Club opportunities exist, but it doesn’t stop there. New roles and career paths are often created for people who step outside the box and innovate. I personally started as a sales rep and progressed into mentorship and senior management. Relationships that last: Some of the strongest friendships I’ve built came from working here. The people are a major reason many choose to stay long-term.

Cons

High-intensity environment: This is not a clock-in, clock-out job. End of month and end of year are very real, expectations are high, and performance matters. The metrics speak for themselves. Be prepared to put in the dials, the effort, and to consistently show your work. Not built for risk-averse personalities: The pace, standards, and accountability can feel uncomfortable at times. If you need predictability and certainty, this may not be the right fit. You can try to “fake it till you make it,” but there’s often a plateau if you don’t continuously learn and adapt. The people who succeed stay curious and coachable. Work-life balance requires intention: Especially in sales roles, success requires strong communication and support at home. That’s true anywhere in sales, but it’s especially important here. While unlimited PTO is offered, there are unspoken blackout periods around end of month, end of quarter, and end of year. Knowing this upfront helps set the right expectations. Scaling comes with ambiguity: As a fast-growing company, there are moments of change, evolving processes, and learning as you go. Comfort with ambiguity is important. That said, the enablement team invests significant time and resources to prepare reps and managers before new concepts, features, or services roll out.

Pros

Good pay, good benefits and great office.

Cons

Poor hiring decisions, recent layoffs eliminated mostly remote employees because they are prioritizing in office employees, especially with recent investment in office. RIF was not at all based on performance which meant that some in office employees who don't know what they are doing got to keep their job. You have to suck up to management to get promoted and a lot of really good reps leave as a result of constant micro-management.
